Percentage of Rank next to absolute Rank

At a specific puzzle, next to the rank (example "Rank 204 of 1391"), it should show the percentage (example "14.67%"). I always calculate this myself because for me I like to be at a certain percentage of all puzzlers that did that puzzle.
