Create separate Leaderboards for 1st try and speed runs

Leaderboards currently show best time for puzzles across all attempts. This results in basically only speed runs showing on the Leaderboards, which could give false expectations and unrealistic times for puzzlers' personal goal setting. Would be nice if there were two sets of Leaderboards, one for puzzles with 1 to a few attempts (like maybe 1-3 tries within a year) and one for the speed runs where people have completed the puzzle a certain number of times or more within a year.
