Filter Marketplace offers by competition participants; show/link offers on competition page

Makes it easier to find buyers/sellers/swappers before competitions. Encourages people to maintain their competition attendances on MSP. Optional: Add check "(not) able to bring puzzles to sell/swap" when registering for a competition on MSP, to exclude yourself from the filter/list. Optional: Show list of wish list items of participants on competition page.
